GEAL S.p.A's aluminium extrusion press has an adjustable nominal force of 1600 tonnes.
With this force, concentrated high pressure extrusion can be applied on a surface with a diameter of 160mm, allowing increased push/press homogeneity, suitable for profiles requiring particular precision with a weight from 40g to 3000g per metre in a variety of shapes and thicknesses up to 0.8mm.

The alloys which can be extruded are: 6060 - 6063 - 6463 ("BRILL" alloy) - 6005 - 6082.
The main sectors of operation are: building and architecture, the automotive industry, kitchen accessories, bathroom accessories, bikes and motorbikes, electronics, household appliances, air conditioners, heating, exhaust management, curtains, beach chairs, tyres, robotics, marine navigation accessories, etc.
