These machines provide mechanically polished finishes with a steel or Tinex brush, with the option to work the profile on two sides contemporaneously.

Take up: this machine has a function whereby worked profiles are collected and deposited on a trolley, with aluminium bar separators. The main characteristics are the possibility to create deposition trolleys with a height of up to 1300/1500mm, and the fact that the profiles never come into contact with each other.

Twin: automatic return of bars, to return profiles which need to be passed through the machine twice (2 layouts are possible, with either front or rear machine return).
Electronic Touch Screen panel, with finish type memory for each client.

Furthermore, GEAL S.p.A. also offers a packing layout using Robopac machines, called Easy-Motion, which is suitable for the production of small batches.
