One of GEAL S.p.A's valuable features, which is highlighted in the brand new, just released series of thermal break aluminium profiles, "HPsystem600, HPsystem700 & HPsystem850 collection", is its attention to detail.
The HPsystem series for doors and windows offers high levels of thermal insulation, allowing for reduced heat dispersion.
With these thermally insulated profiles, it will in fact be possible to reduce heating and/or cooling costs, thanks to the higher performance and quality by which they are defined.
The HP700 system, with a 62 mm frame section and 70mm shutter section, has obtained a thermal transmittance value of the frame up to Uf =1,93, as per the UNI EN ISO10077-2:2004 standard. It has reached class E1200 for water permeability, class 4 for air permeability, and finally, in wind load resistance trials, it obtained class C5 (trials performed on double shutter tilted window samples, height: 1600mm; width: 1300 mm). Values obtained using standards: UNI EN 14351-1:2006, UNI EN 12208:2000 - 1027:2001 - 12207:2000 - 1026:2001 - 12210:2000 - 12211:2001.
The HPsystem series also utilises PISTA 16 perimetrical locking accessories, which have obtained European acclaimed results in terms of breaking and entering, installation regulations, industrialisation of production, functionality and reliability.
